Connecting a Custom Domain

Connecting a custom domain is available by default with Mossy.

Connecting a domain your already own.

There are two ways to connect a domain that you already own. Which method you choose will likely depend on how technical you are.
Option 1: Update your Domains DNS
Simply update your domain's DNS with the following two records. Once you've done that, drop us an email and we'll do the rest:  support@withmossy.com

Option 2: Transfer your domain to Mossy
If you wish, you can transfer your existing domain to Mossy and we can manage it's setup for you. This usually incurs a small fee imposed by our domain provider - Typically no more than £10.
To transfer your domain, drop us an email:  support@withmossy.com 


Purchasing & connecting a new domain.

Head to Settings, then (under Workspace) select Domains. Click "Buy Domain" in the top-right corner, you'll then be able to search for available domains.
